Managed to do 8 miles today after injury to my leg.

Will get out tomorrow morning to up the mileage, ready for a long trip out Monday evening.

Monday 17th March

Had the weekend off, so needed to catch up on some training tonight.
Managed to set out around 5pm for a great little 23 mile run out.
Looks like the good weather is going to be on my side this week!

Just a short little run out tonight around the new Cyclopark, with my daughter Emily.

We clocked up 5.5 miles, not bad for little legs who was more concerned with the cafe!

Sunday 9th March

Got up late this morning after a hard weekend of working. However, managed to get out around 9am.

I had no energy today and felt so unfit. Need to change my diet, and start losing some weight.

Wednesday 5th March

Wow! what a lovely evening. Sun out, blue sky. Lets get home for a ride.
After my adjustments to my handlebars and a complete service, the bike was ready for its run.
Left just after 5pm for what was a great 13.8 mile round trip. This really was a good run out, and the weather is going to be good for the rest of the week. Great news for many more rides.
